Directions

• M5 Southbound to J31.
• A38 then A380 towards Torquay.
• Straight over Penn inn flyover onto the South Devon highway
• At the end of the road turn right signposted Paignton
• Keep going straight over all roundabouts ignoring signs for Paignton.
• Straight over traffic lights.
• Left at next traffic lights signposted Paignton Zoo.
• Straight over next traffic lights (the Zoo) and take next right (Hayes Road).
• This road goes into Penwill Way through a residential area.
• At traffic lights turn left onto Dartmouth Road.
• At mini roundabout turn right into Roundham Road.
• Take first right (Also Roundham Road).
• First left round corner into St. Andrews Road.
• We are the first driveway on your right.
• Car Park around the back.
