Directions

- A38 then A380 towards Torquay.

- At the end of the road turn right signposted Paignton
- Keep going straight over all roundabouts ignoring signs for Paignton.
- Straight over traffic lights.
- Left at next traffic lights signposted Paignton Zoo.
- Straight over next traffic lights (the Zoo) and take next right (Hayes Road).
- This road goes into Penwill Way through a residential area.
- At traffic lights turn left onto Dartmouth Road.
- At mini roundabout turn right into Roundham Road.
- Take first right (Also Roundham Road).
- First left round corner into St. Andrews Road.
- We are the first driveway on your right.
- Car Park around the back.
